Website terms.

Clear expectations, before we begin.

1. This website and contacting us

Rebegun is the trading name used for the creative technology services presented on rebegun.com. We are based in Brentwood, Essex. Contact hello@rebegun.com with questions about the website, a project or these terms.

These terms explain use of this website. They are not a replacement for the written quotation and project agreement provided before you buy a service or product.

2. Enquiries, quotations and orders

Sending an enquiry, choosing a budget or watching a demonstration does not place an order, reserve a delivery date or create an obligation to pay. The budget options on the form are planning ranges, not advertised prices or binding offers.

Before you commit, your quotation and project agreement will identify the trader and set out the deliverables, scope, total price or calculation method, applicable taxes, third-party charges, payment stages, timing, revisions, responsibilities and support arrangements. Work begins only under an agreed project arrangement. Changes to scope or charges must be agreed.

Websites, AI systems, integrations, branding, print and clothing have different requirements. Licensing, ownership, access, maintenance, hosting and any ongoing subscriptions must be addressed in the relevant project agreement.

3. Consumers and cancellation

If you buy mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession, you may be a consumer. Your legal rights are not excluded or reduced by these website terms or by calling a service bespoke.

For an eligible distance or off-premises service contract, consumers normally have 14 days after the contract is made to cancel. Before contracting, we will provide the applicable cancellation information and instructions. If you want work to start during that period, we must obtain the required express request. A proportionate charge may apply for work supplied before a valid cancellation where the legal conditions are met. The right is lost after full performance only where the required consent and acknowledgment have been given.

Separate rules apply to digital content and physical goods. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation; this does not remove rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet statutory requirements. A custom website or design service is not automatically exempt simply because it is bespoke.

Any rights to reasonable care and skill, satisfactory goods or digital content, repeat performance, price reduction or other statutory remedies continue to apply where the law provides them. The details relevant to your purchase will be explained before you accept a quote.

4. Work examples and demonstrations

Portfolio entries describe the projects identified alongside them. Client names, logos, screenshots and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Showing a project does not imply an endorsement of every Rebegun service.

AI workflows, dashboards and figures marked as examples or illustrative data demonstrate possible builds. They are not live client results, a promise of earnings, or evidence that a featured client uses the demonstrated system. Outcomes such as enquiries, sales and time saved depend on the project, your business, its data and how the solution is used.

Integrations depend on the agreed platforms, permissions, technical feasibility and third-party terms. AI output can be incomplete or wrong; appropriate review, testing and human approval must be agreed for the intended use. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form.

5. Content and acceptable use

You may browse, link to and share links to this website. Do not reproduce or commercially reuse our designs, videos, copy or code without permission, except where the law allows. Nothing here gives you ownership of third-party material.

Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful or deliberately misleading material, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with other visitors. When sending material to us, make sure you are entitled to share it and include only what is needed for your enquiry.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may be updated or temporarily unavailable. General website information is not advice tailored to your business. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing restricts your statutory consumer rights. Responsibility for a purchased project is addressed in its separate agreement, subject to applicable law.

7. Privacy, accessibility and concerns

Our privacy notice explains how enquiry and website information is used. Our cookie information and settings explain browser storage.

If any part of the website or enquiry process is difficult to use, email hello@rebegun.com. Tell us what you need and we will discuss an accessible way to help. You can also use that address to raise a concern or complaint; include the project or enquiry reference if you have one.

8. Changes and applicable law

The date above identifies this version of the website terms. Updates do not retrospectively change an agreed project contract. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers where they live or their rights to bring proceedings in an appropriate court.
